Looking at a place that has a SFH with a detached in law suite (3 rooms plus bath, no kitchen). It also has a 1 room plus bathroom contractor type office attached to a garage.
This is a pure residential area, but besides doing STR with the ADU, what might some ideas for the garage office?
Are you able to legally add a kitchen? I'd say probably not or it would have been done already...
That would make a big difference......no kitchen = no rental of any type.
