Partner Structure Compenstation
2 Year investor with 8 doors, looking to bring on a newbie partner. He wants to compensate me for the knowledge and team I am bringing to the table. Anyone else been compensated in a new partnership? I know savvy @Mindy Jensen has done a lot of partnerships and has really great insight - but haven't heard talk about compensation. A couple of thoughts were flat rate or 1% of our our 1st purchase together? Looking forward to any thoughts and suggestions. Thx!
