Purchase Agreement info
So in Colorado I have a copy of purchase agreement and it's 9 pages long. If I am wholesaling do I really need to fill all of it out or can I just do the purchase amounts Closing times and additional information saying I can assign the contract? I guess how much of it do I actually need to use?
