Flipping or rentals?
We are looking for a new flipping market for low end homes but this may prove more difficult than expected. We were looking for immediate cash returns so preferred flipping versus rentals. Any suggestions of where to flip? OT should we do rentals instead? What about buying for vacation rentals?
