Can my business qualify for a loan to buy real estate ?

I am self employed. These last two years I’ve been writing it off as a loss because of trying to expand and grow my business I had to use revenue coming in to buy new equipment and tools, payroll etc.

As of business credit, I have good business credit. I want to get into real estate but was wondering if there are any incentives or special programs that I would qualify for to buy a home under the business name ?

How would that work? Any advice would help
