Hello, I would like to purchase a 2 or 3 unit home I would like to occupy one of the units. I'm currently living in my Condo that I would like to rent. Also, I own a 3 unit and a 2 unit. My question is, would I be able to qualify as an " owner occupied loan" or would it be an "investment loan".?
