What Kind of Loan Can Help Me

Hi. I am looking for advice on what type of loan I need.

I need it to cover 95% of the following, preferably with one- closing.

1. Purchase a used modular building.

2. Purchase land

3. Put foundation on land and set up with water, utilities, etc

4. Transport modular structure to land

5. Set structure on land

6. Do roughly $50-$100k in interior improvements and an exterior fence.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
