Looking to buy an existing portfolio of properties - loan help!
Hi all - I am interested in purchasing a block of 15-20 investment properties through my LLC (as a portfolio) and need some advice on financing. All of the properties are income producing and/or easily flippable. I need some advice on how to obtain financing. Is there a way to purchase the whole group as a "portfolio". Any help and suggestions would be awesome!
