Don Wood now takes his scam to St. Cloud to include their City Counsel and the UCF incubator program

I am concerned that our tow of St Cloud is going to be in trouble. Recent news shows Don Wood and Jeffery Charles Nemes is coming into town to propose their services. I am a skeptical woman and looked into both of these clowns. I found Don Wood was running a charity scam called Child Watch where he attracts investors like our local government and J Charles Nemes was arrested for fraud in New Jersey some time back.

They are also in bed with GreenSky Home Financing (who I have used!) so watch out if you get some criminals knocking on your door.

I am ashamed of GreenSky as well as St Cloud Government for their lack of diligence in background checks.

Though I am sure you have done your own background work, you should probably alert the Counsel. If GreenSky Home Finance is truly in bed with felons then this should also be made known.
