Does anyone have a lender they are willing to refer me to...looking for a lender for a property in Dayton (currently an owner finance - ready to refinance conventionally or privately). I run into road blocks regularly with me living in CA and attempting to finance in Ohio. If you've used a lender that is investor friendly, let me know.
