Best RE Attorney San Diego?

Hi Fellow investors, I'm in serious need of a shark of an attorney regarding a mortgage company in San Diego that just wasted 4 months of my time on 4 refi loans, thousands of dollars in appraisals, inspections, holding costs, etc. while letting 2 sets of rate locks expire, interestingly, as interest rates started climbing. Hmmm.
