Private lender partner
Any advise appreciated, I am looking for a private lender - partner for my next fix and flip deal in Indianapolis, Indiana market. I am local here and looking to build long term relationship with someone, scale it up and do multiple flips simultaneously. I am hands on and manage the contractors buy materials etc.
