Physicians Loan (Dentist)

James Choi
Posted

Hello BP Community,

My wife and I are looking to get pre-approved for a physicians loan. Does anyone have any lenders they recommend?

Also, for other dentists, how do you guys report your salary with it being a base + production/collection? TIA

James

Here in Columbus I've seen some dentist use Huntington bank before. They are all portfolio loans so fannie/Freddy isn't funding, this makes the terms widely different.

Huntington had a program where they go 0 down and if I remember correctly you could buy up to 2 units too. So a great house hacking loan if you can find something similar!
