Creative financing on a rehab/rent on 36 acres
This property a 300o sq ft home with LTR allowed in the subdivision. It also has large acreage attached to his house of 35 acres
It is located - short distance from a major ski area and the rental market is always in need of larger 3 bed 2 bath rentals for families that live/work at the resort.
the ROI is over 30 %
Seems like the hard lenders will not loan to properties over 5 acres and in areas considered a rural area.
