Hi Everyone. I'm an oversea investor and i'm starting my journey on REI.

When i'm still during the preparation stage and market analysis, one of the biggest challenge i'm facing is the financing. As i'm the foreign nationals, i know there's not much options can be chosen regarding the financing. 

So any lenders or experts can share about the financing options on foreign nationals? Any challenge and barriers that foreign nationals need to beware of? Is DSCR being one of the options?
