Mortgage for LLC with foreign ownership

Hello Everybody,

first timer here!

My wife and I live in Switzerland, and we're thinking about getting some properties in the US.

How does it work for mortgages in this case?

Is it an option we might consider or the first deal will be cash only?

That can still be done, but it would change a bit the size of properties we might consider :D
