Maxed out on Loans

Hello all, recently maxed out on my loan limit (10) and looking for ways to get more nontraditional funding.

Any recommendations/stories to share?

How are rates compared to conventional rates?

What is the closing/underwriting process compared to conventional?

Thanks in advance!

Great problem to have! The non-QM sector will be your new best friend. Products in this category such as bank statement loans, asset based loans, DSCR, etc will allow you to continue your growth. The process is very similar to conventional: 30 days to close, appraisal required. However, the rates will be higher and you have the ability to vest in an LLC.
