Real Estate Note Holders
Can any of you recommend a service, software or spreadsheet that helps folks that own notes track principal and interest payments for people that they have provided owner financing for? Not looking for some thing fancy or expensive just something simple to help someone holding the notes on 5 to 10 properties to keep up with it easier. With different am's prepayment of principal, tracking late payments even dealing with 5 or 6 properties it can get difficult.
