Contract For Private $$

Hello BP!! Does anyone have any good advice for writing up a contract to borrow private money?? Should we meet with a lawyer or who would be a good resource to do this, we are looking for someone to write a contract for us using our own borrowing critera so it really wouldn't be a standard contract, I'm in Denver Colorado if anyone knows a good resource that would be great!
