Any lenders for a HELOC for 3 fam investment property in Worcester MA?

I tried a couple lenders in some older posts I've found about investment property HELOC's but they aren't doing them. Any one have ideas for lenders offering them currently in MA?

Yep, I have a lender that offers this, can't be in an LLC though. It's a true HELOC, not a HELOAN. Variable rate 5 year I/O draw period followed by 25 year amortization. Min 700 FICO.
