Hello all,

Im sure this question has been beat to death - I am looking for a DSCR loan to refi out of private money and into a 30 year long term. Property in question is a 4 unit, new construction multifamily town home, based in Oregon. We have two identical builds to fund coming to completion in the next few months. Please leave contact information or DM. Regards.

Hi Ryan, New construction may have some LTV and leverage constraints based on who you go with, every lender is different. This is generally a very simple loan request. Will the units be occupied by the time the loan is closed?

I've never heard of a lender reducing LTV due to the property being a new build. I've only heard of it on older builds.
