DSCR loan for motel style property?

Hi all.

Looking at a 10 unit motel style building. Current owner does do a MTR style rental there with leases. Two rooms are on airBNB. has a solid rent history. There is a large single family home with a MTM tenant but would be converted to airBNB. Does anyone finance this style of property? Need DSCR.

ah that may be tough . 400 is what most lenders look for
