Will a blanket mortgage allow me to get more conventional loans?

I have 8 rental properties financed through conventional loans and I’m having issues getting more. I’m not sure I want to trade up yet as duplexes and tri’s have been my sweet spot. I want to buy more properties but I’d like to know if I can roll these under a blanket mortgage with a refi and then go out and get more conventional loans?
