Hi, can anyone cash out refinance my two properties (one in Texas and one in Oklahoma) into one loan?  Trying to figure out how to refinance my Oklahoma property.

Hi Nathan, Is there any particular reason you want to combine the two properties into one loan? Most lenders require a portfolio of assets to be within the same county. These loans also carry higher interest rates and lower leverage and can have expensive release clauses if you want to sell one of the properties from the portfolio.
