Private Money Contract

Hello everyone, 

I have recently gone under contract on a property and was able to agree to a private loan with a family member to purchase and renovate. It is currently a verbal agreement and I would like to have it solidified in a contract. Their only involvement will be funding the project. Does anyone have some good contracts they have used in the past for a similar situation?
