Any Private Mortgage Fund Investors willing to share which fund they are invested in?

In January 2025 a friend of mine introduced me to the idea of investing in Private Mortgages.  As I have been reading up on them, I have been trying to put together a list of funds that I can reach out to. Currently I have identified 8, and I am presuming their are more but I am having trouble tracking them down. If anyone is invested in a fund and willing to share the name and their thoughts I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

I currently have identified seven (7) that I am currently reaching out to for due diligence, although I am furthest along with Lynk Capital.

1. Lynk Capital

2. DLP Capital

3. Arixa Capital

4. Red Tower Capital

5. Marquee Funding Group

6. Constitution Lending

7. Talimar Financial

Would appreciate any feedback or review of the listed funds if you have experience with them, and/or other funds you have invested with that I should either vet/review and/or stay away from.

Thank you!

Replied

I haven't invested in their funds, but they all have very strong reputations and I have purchased notes from one of them directly.

1. @Chris Seveney 7e investments

2. Jamie Bateman Labrador Lending

3. @Dave Van Horn PPR (I've purchased notes from them)
