Hey lenders — I'm curious: when you review a refinancing or DSCR deal,
what are the key details or subtle red flags that make you decide “this deal is worth pursuing”?

I'm not looking for the obvious stuff like DSCR or DTI metrics —
I would love to hear about the little things that actually tip the scales in your decision.

What actually breaks a deal even when all the numbers look good?
