Hello everyone,

I am looking to connect with small to mid sized developers in the Eastern US who have experience and a proven track record. I am interested in providing equity in the range of $200,000 to $500,000 per project.

What I can offer:

  • Equity investment on a deal by deal basis

  • Open to SFH, multifamily, Commercial

  • Flexible structures that align interests

What I am looking for:

  • Developers who have completed projects and can show results

  • Clear financials, timelines, and exit strategies

  • Focus on solid growth markets across the Eastern US

If you are working on a project and looking for an equity partner i would be glad to connect and explore opportunities.

Thank you,
Oren
