Hey All,

My first post on BP!  

Has anyone applied for Auction.com's financing option, affiliated with Archetype Mortgage Capital? They offer a $500K+ Line of Credit at 9.95% interest rate with 1% draw fee, up to 70% LTV for purchasing properties through their Auction.com site, as well as at Trustee auctions. If so, interested to hear your experience and if their product is legit?
