Need help: FHA Multifamily loan?

Now that all the 100% multifamily loan programs are gone :crying:, I am looking around for other options.
Has anyone financed a multifamily apt (up to 4 units) with a FHA loan? This looks like an option I could do because it's 3% down and it would be owner occupied. Opinions?
