Apartment loan of $300-500k for First time investor

Which lenders work with first time apartment investors?

I gave gross annual income of $87,000 and a stock portfolio of $520k. I am only 26 but my job is financing apartment buildings. This is literally what I do, but I wouldn't qualify at my own bank(also regulations prohibited it).

Any suggestions? Apartment bank? Community portfolio lender? Agency? What is my best chance? The purchase price would be about $500k and id be putting $150-200k down.
