Hello

My name is Silvia Avila and I am looking into investing in some properties in the Central Valley in California. My question is I have a 41k where I can do a hard withdraw but will have to pay high taxes. What would be the recommendation use my 41k or use hard money if i were to use hard money where can I, find someone that will work with me.. Thanks
