Attorney Comfortable with Dodd Frank in Florida
Can anyone make me a recommendation please. The attorneys I know won't mess with it b/c they don't understand it and there is apparently liability for everyone involved, including agent and lawyer.
I am looking for an attorney who will help with the note and mortgage on an investor SFR.
The only requirements are to be in good standing with Florida bar and understand Dodd Frank
