Hello

I am interested in leasing my single family residence out to then buy a triplex or fourplex. I would like to know if FHA will accept a lease on my SFR as not to count that mortgage in my debt to income ratio or do I have to have the home rented out for a certain period of time before it is not included in the ratio ?
