Looking for private money lender in Oakland, CA area

My brother and I are looking for a private money lender for MFH in Oakland CA.  We are looking for around 600k.

We have combined income of 18k month, 160k to put down credit scores of 700/770 with no foreclosures or defaults.  Are total debt consists of 2 mortgages totaling 250k in which the rental income made covers monthly payments.
