Hello my name is Domenic Davis, I am the owner of "Ivy League Equity." I started off a wholesaler two years ago, but great deals was hard to come by but when the deal came and closed the pay was sweet. But there was a problem there! Some months were dry, yeah we wholesalers aim to close 10 deals a month. But lets be honest, it doesn't always end up that way dealing with sellers and as well with buyers. So I started wholesaling lease options and that was better. Deals came faster, I took classes from the guru "Joe Mccall" learned his strategy and applied it. It worked for me! But then I thought and evolved his strategy to my own. Why wholesale lease options when you can buy the property for under market value and sale it at whatever price that you want with the lease option? Putting my tenants in a credit repair program and setting them up to gain a mortgage in a year to three to buy the property. Why wholesale the paperwork when I can make money on my return yearly and still get the price I am asking for at closing?

I am willing to learn from anyone I listen and apply, so if you're new or an expert I am willing to take all advice. I am looking to partner with other investors and looking for an experienced investors. My business is growing fast and I need pointers as well as partners In this business. I feel anyone can give a pointer to how to fish no matter who it is. Thank you, please email me  inbox me thank you. peace and love, health and wealth.
