Just wondering if anyone knows this answer. I can't seem to find it online. If I have an FHA loan for the house I own, can my fiance get her own after we get married? Or will she lose the option by getting married?
I had a similar question. Were you able to get an answer yet? My husband already has a FHA loan. Can I buy another property with FHA loan under my name?
Its possible yes from prior marriage, maybe one spouse co-signed for their sibling to get a FHA loan, but to have two primary residences and the occupancy issue relating from that would be the biggest issue. You'd have to have a great explanation letter that would conform to the guidelines.
