Delayed financing lender needed.

I am looking for a company that will do a delayed financing of $50,000 on a $70,000 house.  The owner has a credit score of 666.  The property is a rental.

I know this loan product is available.  I actually saw a company mentioned the other day in a forum and looked at their site.  Of course, now I can not find the site.
