I've been having a hard time finding a private money lender. Can anyone tell me where and how to find one.

Thanks

Darren some sound advice.

As well as current resume, experience , team members, exit strategy, why invest in this project, skin in the game. Just some more things Private or even hard money will want to see.

You financial picture, I want to lend to some one who has good financial picture as well. It tells me they know what they doing , have a solid company, but are looking to expand.

My two cents

Alex
