Will my situation let me get financing?

I have just over $100,000 in my accounts through BofA, I'm currently living off of that plus $1000 a month coming in (not from a job). My only real expenses are regular bills, no rent or mortgage. Will I be able to get financing for a buy and hold property? Most likely turnkey.
