I have a house under contract in Beggs, OK. It's a rural property on 5 acres of land. I have had two realtors take a look. Both felt comfortable selling in after rehab for $120-125k. I was going to wholesale this property but am having a hard time finding investors for rural Oklahoma. I'm considering purchasing this property myself, but need a financing solution. Suggestions?
