How do I find 30 year terms?

Hi everyone, I am a new member. I've listened to many podcast on iTunes and decided to dive into the BP world. I need to know what lenders you guys may know that will finance for 30 years. I am in Louisiana and all of our local banks and lenders will only lend 15-20 years but I am focusing on cash flow and would like to find lenders that will amortize over 30. Thoughts??
