Commercial Bank Loans - LLC owned by Local and Foreigner
Hi all,
Looking for some help regarding partnering with foreign investors. I'm looking to do a 50/50 LLC ownership but I'm concerned about being able to apply for loans under the LLC. My credit and income are solid. Will most banks (non conventional / commercial) still require dealing with my partner?
