3% Private Lenders @ 100% LTV and buy loan insurance?
Anybody out there in BiggerPocketsLand have experience with any of these individuals that claim to provide 3% APR and 100% LTV private lending and all the borrower has to do is purchase loan insurance in advance? Through England? Probably too good to be true, but I've seen a lot of them so I thought I'd inquire.

ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL SCAM AND FRAUD
this simply does not exist int he lending world.. only people that fall for this are naive and or just want to believe or they simply don't know better.
The other good one is buying an insurance policy from a company in bangkok more exotic I guess lures people into these things.. they will steal your identity and take small dollars from you until you figure out you been duped..
