Hello BP friends!

If you don't mind me calling everyone friends.

I am in the process of getting a Hard Money Loan for a commercial property that needs rehabbing. I have one referral from a trustworthy and knowledgeable BP member. I would like to talk to other hard money lenders. Does any one know of any local reputable, helpful HML. Would really appreciate any ideas/suggestions.
