Ideas where to look for Private Money?

Hi,

My realtor recently brought me two properties near each other with solid comps, my private money funding has fallen through for their own personal reasons the funding headed a different direction.  These properties are located in the Grand Rapids, MI area and are a steal for the location.I would like to purchase each one separate and complete back to back rehabs,. I am seeking a funding partner for the project, I have sought out hard money and may use that as a last option, but for now I would like to develop a relationship in the private lending area for future deals.

I am open to different types of funding if anyone wants to message me details or suggestions. Any help is greatly appreciated.
