Look for hard money lenders / private investors
Hi BP, Do you recommend or know of any private lenders? Do they need proof of income? I have a small business so no W2 to show.

when you make a post like this you are going to get hit with a lot of scammers.
DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO ANYONE... all fee's come out of closing anyone asking for good faith .. due diligence .. app fee 99% they are scammers be careful from what you describe you are going to have a hard time finding a legit lender you need to amass some capital
