Looking for Ammortization Software

Is there a 'most popular' software to use for ammortization schedules? I'd like to create some on my own for private lenders that give me money to invest. It would be really nice if the software would recalculate automatically later on, if I enter payments that are different from the scheuled amounts, for example: balloon payments or adding principle to a few payments.
