Credit Repair Ideas and strategies

I have tried out so many credit repair companies over the years and there is always a new one promising to get you to 7-800 scores in months.. I would like to get some true tested ideas or companies that can really aggressively fix scores remove stuff etc. The monthly service that just sends letters automatically every month hasn't done much for me in general.. Any really good suggestions? I know the basics of credit repair so I don't need a lesson just real life experiences with real results.. Thanks in advance..
