Exploring options for private lending to do a flip. Has anyone had any experience using LendingOne? Good or bad, I would like to hear your experiences about the process.

    Closed in under 10 business days.  It was for a buy and hold.  No issues at all.  They did a 10K construction hold back (which I will be asking for by the end of next week).  First payment was bank drafted out of my account on the exact date they said it would be.  Could not be happier with this lender.
